Teletherapy is online video counseling in the comfort of your home. Teletherapy is a great option to gain face-to-face access to a clinician who is right for you. Maybe you find it difficult to travel for counseling or your schedule does not allow time for in-person counseling.
Sessions will be conducted using a safe electronic modality created for mental health providers, having the same level of privacy and confidentiality as in the office.
My services are safe, secure, and HIPAA compliant. Teletherapy can be accessed via your web browser or the phone app.
Individual therapy services are only offered to Florida residents only.
I provide a safe and compassionate environment for you. A place where you can be vulnerable and remember the valuable person you are. My approach to mental health is holistic, as I believe mind, body and spirit are all interconnected
