We’ll begin with a free 20-minute free consultation so that we can meet, discuss your goals, and see whether an Intensive is the right fit for you.
If it feels aligned, we’ll schedule your sessions and I’ll send you a personalized treatment workbook designed to help you prepare emotionally and mentally for your Intensive.
You’ll have two weeks to complete your workbook, and it must be submitted at least one week before your scheduled session.

You’ll receive a short Pre-Intensive Packet before your session to help you ground, set your intentions, and understand what to expect. It includes gentle journaling prompts and regulation tools to ensure you begin your intensive feeling centered and ready.
After your intensive, you’ll receive the full Post-Intensive Workbook — a guided space to process insights, track emotional shifts, and anchor new perspectives. It includes cognitive-behavioral reflections, EMDR integration pages, and self-care exercises to help you carry your healing into daily life.
This structure allows you to heal safely, deeply, and intentionally — preparing your nervous system before the work and giving you tools to stay grounded and empowered afterward.
